A Uniquely Tailored  Wedding Photography Experience that Puts You First from start to finish.

WHAT SETS MEGAN NICOLE PHOTOGRAPHY APART

For images that not only look amazing, but that take you right back to the moment.

Before your wedding day, I take the time to get to know you and your fiancé on a personal level so that I can tell your story.

After you inquire, I’d love to get coffee with you, or even just a phone call if you prefer. I ask about your story and your wedding plans and listen to which details and moments are most important to you. This helps me know which elements to focus on so that your photos don't look like just any old cookie-cutter wedding gallery–it reflects you.

As your wedding day gets closer, I help you craft the photography portion of your wedding timeline so that all runs smoothly. All along the way, I prioritize clear and fast communication, because I know that your time is important.

Do all these things take me more time? Sure. But it’s worth it, because it helps me tell your story more accurately, so that you can look back on your wedding day and remember all of the joy you felt, all of the tears you cried, and all of the love that was shared.

Getting to Know You

My approach to wedding photography: Part 1

part 2

Just as I have been there for you all along the way, I am here for you on your wedding day as well. I photograph your day from start to finish, from getting ready through the final send-off.

Throughout the day, I document the candid, authentic moments as they happen. My eyes are trained to look out for all of the special moments, including the tears rolling down your groom’s eye as you walk down the aisle, and the wild dance moves your ‘maids have on the dance floor. These small moments come together to tell the story of your wedding day.

As for portraits and first looks, I give you clear direction and prompts so that we can create the natural, romantic portraits you’ve always dreamed of. Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience in front of the camera. Most couples that I work with feel a little nervous beforehand, but it is my job to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera. You just focus on enjoying your day, and I'll handle the rest.

The Wedding Day Experience

My approach to wedding photography: Part 2

part 3

After your wedding, I know you’re so excited to see your photos, and I’m excited to show you! For that reason, I make sure to send you a few sneak peek images within a day or two of your wedding. These are fully edited images that you are welcome to share, keep to yourself, or do whatever you want with!

After I have carefully curated and hand edited each of your images, you will receive your full gallery within four to five weeks of your wedding day. Printed albums come straight to your doorstep two to three weeks later, as I let you select some of your favorites to include once you see your gallery. So sit back, pop a bottle of champagne or pour a cozy latte (whichever is your vibe) and snuggle up to relive your day with your best friend.

You and your future spouse matter to me. I mean it. I am here for you from the time you inquire all the way through your wedding day and beyond. If you ever have questions for me or need my expert advice, I’m just a quick message away.

The Final Gallery

Megan was fantastic! She really took the time to get to know my husband and self, and understand what we were looking for on our wedding day. She offered insight into our time line and was so helpful on the wedding day. The pictures turned out absolutely wonderful! I would recommend Megan without any hesitation.

here's how to get on the books

01. Inquire

The first step is to fill out my inquiry form, which you can find at the top right hand corner of the page. Just tell me your name and wedding date, and I'll get back to you with my availability and full investment guide within twenty-four hours.

02. Let’s Meet

I want to get to know you and your story, so before you even book, I'd love to grab a coffee, my treat. If you're not local, or just prefer a phone call, that's perfectly fine too. Either way,  in my very first email I'll send you a calendar link and we'll plan a time to chat.

03. Make it Official

If we're a good fit, I'll send you a contract and invoice which you can fill out online for your convenience. Once you make your deposit, you will be officially booked! You can then smile and feel the sweet satisfaction of crossing another wedding vendor off your list.

You love messy-hair-bun days as much as glam date nights.

Frequently Asked Questions

Every wedding is different, but generally I send 500-1000 fully edited images for about a full wedding day. (Or about 75-100 images per hour.) I do the job of sorting through to find the best images for you, avoiding duplicates and less desirable images so that you don’t have to do that tough work yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Hey, me too! The truth is, most of us are. I work with real couples, not models. That means every portrait you see here is someone I helped direct and pose, and I can do the same for you too.

We're awkward in front of cameras. Can you help us pose?

How do I book you?

Frequently Asked Questions

Every wedding includes fully edited digital images. When I deliver the images, there is an option to order prints directly from a professional print lab, which ensures you have the highest quality; however the prints are an additional cost.  You may take the digital files to be printed elsewhere, but the quality will likely be lower than the professional print lab.

I also offer professional print albums which I hand-design and highly recommend. In my opinion, this is the best way to enjoy your photos!

Are prints included?
