I’m Megan, and photographing weddings has become one of my greatest joys. After nearly eight years of marriage, I’ve come to understand what truly matters in life. My husband and I have welcomed two children, celebrated deep joys, and walked through both beautiful and difficult seasons together. That perspective shapes the way I see weddings—these are rare moments where all of your favorite people are in one place, and they deserve to be remembered with care and intention.
My approach is calm and attentive, focused on helping you stay present throughout your day—from the quiet anticipation before the ceremony to the celebration on the dance floor. I guide you gently when needed, especially during portraits, so everything feels natural and unforced. Rooted in Southern hospitality and years of experience, I care deeply about creating a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish, resulting in a gallery that feels timeless, honest, and true to your story

Above all else, my family and I care about supporting your marriage. We want everyone to have strong, godly marriages that will help you live an abundant life. I hope your wedding photos will play a part in that.
When you're angry and in a fight, I hope you will see your photo on the wall and remember the deep love and commitment you share. When you two are grieving the loss of a loved one, I hope a photo of them will bring you to happy tears. When you have kids someday, I hope you show them the pictures of you and laugh when they tease you for how much more hair you had. You may get stressed at times, but along the way I will help remind you of what matters.

my heart behind the work
I love because He loved me first. Though I will always fall short, I strive to emulate His love in everything that I do.
I've been to 33 National Parks, and I plan to visit all 63 of them! I am always down to travel for photography. Over the past year you could find me in Yosemite, Shenandoah, and Blowing Rock with my clients!
I married my best friend, Andrew, in 2018 at Market Hall in Downtown Raleigh, and now we have two amazing kids! A little girl and a baby boy born last March!
I want to hear it all, from your first time meeting to your wedding day vision. I'll probably be sitting in my office on the phone, drinking a coffee and getting excited about how to honor your love & life story.
