Old Hollywood Glam Wedding at the Lincoln on Geer

The Lincoln on Geer is Durham’s newest vintage urban wedding venue, and they were an amazing host for our Old Hollywood Glam wedding styled shoot. The venue was originally home to an old Lincoln-Mercury car dealership in the 1940s, followed by Hutchins Auto Supply after 1962. Today it has been reimagined into a premier wedding venue in the heart of Durham’s historic Central Park District.

When planning this styled shoot with Significant Events, we were inspired by the Lincoln on Geer’s historic charm. Old Hollywood hair waves and a classic three-tiered wedding cake epitomized vintage glam. Meanwhile, chic floral arrangements and a champagne tower brought in a modern balance. The Lincoln on Geer Wedding Venue

Couples who are looking for a convenient Durham wedding venue with ample indoor space will love the Lincoln on Geer. The venue can host over 300 guests and boasts three beautiful modern suites for getting ready. One of these can double as a lounge for guests. Chairs and tables are already included with the rental, as well as a kitchen space for catering set up.

The urban historical charm make the Lincoln on Geer stand out from all of the other venues in the area. From the painted exposed brick to the antique frosted window glass, the Lincoln has all the unique character fitting for a Downtown Durham wedding venue.
