A Colorful Fall Wedding at TRAINE at Seaboard Station

In November Kelly and Bradley got married at TRAINE at Seaboard Station in a fun, colorful modern wedding! TRAINE is a wedding venue at the Seaboard Station district right outside of downtown Raleigh. The building historically served as a train depot back in the 1940s, but it has since been converted into a modern event venue able to host over 200 guests.

Kelly and Bradley chose to host both their ceremony and reception at TRAINE. They also chose a colorful fall palette for their wedding, which is a perfect fit for their fun, vibrant relationship! From the linens to the bouquets to the velvet bridesmaid dresses, the jewel-toned colors were seamlessly incorporated throughout the day. Laura with Greenehouse Designs did such an amazing job with the floral arrangements! I cannot wait to share some of my favorite photographs from the day with you here!

Tips for Getting Married at TRAINE

If you’re thinking about hosting your wedding at TRAINE at Seaboard Station, here are a few tips to keep in mind:

The bridal suite is spacious and fun for all the girls getting ready! While you can technically section off part of the space for the guys with a dividing wall, you’ll probably prefer to have the guys getting ready off-site for privacy.
Portrait locations at the venue itself are somewhat limited. Consider adding in time to drive over to a nearby park such as Fred Fletcher or William Peace University for a green backdrop. Feel free to send me a message and I’ll chat with you about all the options!
Tables and chairs are included, which is a huge bonus!
TRAINE allows you to choose your vendors, which provides you plenty of flexibility for your day!
